To make the process of print production easier, Priority Printing Solutions ask you to comply with our Artwork Specifications Summary detailed below.
Priority Printing prefers artwork created from InDesign CS5, Illustrator CS5, Photoshop CS5, Adobe Acrobat. Please refrain from using applications such as Microsoft Word, Publisher or Excel. Using these applications will not guarantee the desired quality or layout. Charges may apply for any extra time spent repairing or recreating artwork.
When possible, please supply artwork 1:1 scale. We will also accept artwork at 1:2 and 1:3 proportional scale, but please ensure all images are at excellent quality as loss of detail may occur when scaling up to final size.
All artwork must have trim marks indicating the finished area and must have a minimum of 5mm bleed exceeding these trim marks.
Print ready PDF’s are preferred. With PDF’s, please ensure that all fonts are outlined and all artworks are in CMYK (not RGB).
If Illustrator or InDesign files are supplied, please ensure all fonts are provided along with all linked and embedded images.
